The Heart of a Warrior

The Heart of a Warrior

Today I’m reminded that I can’t sit around thinking about what’s unfair. In sports and in life, bad calls happen — sometimes by referees, sometimes by circumstance. But if I dwell on them, I give away my strength.

Warriors don’t complain about opposition — they welcome it. They understand that adversity fuels growth. A warrior shakes off weakness, gets back on the horse, and rides forward with gratitude and grit.

When I choose not to complain or make excuses, I step into a mindset of victory. No matter what comes my way — an unfair call, a tough loss, or a challenge in life — I can decide to be fired up by it, not defeated by it.

So today, I choose to push forward with strength, thankfulness, and the spirit of a warrior. I will think the best thoughts, speak the best words, and live with my best effort. That’s how transformation begins.
