Rooted in Love, Growing in Light

Rooted in Love, Growing in Light

As I reflect on my daughter, Bella Love, I’m reminded of the light and love she carries into the world. From her earliest years, after Barbi and I waited ten years for her to be born, we poured everything into loving and nurturing her. Now we see the fruit of those early years—she shines with authenticity, sincerity, and a faith that grounds her deeply in Jesus Christ.

What inspires me most isn’t her talents—though she is an amazing bowler, a gifted artist, and a kind friend. What I love most is who she is at her core: a young woman rooted in her faith and values.

Watching her grow, I see how she leads herself with focus, discipline, and self-control. On the bowling lanes, she competes with an elite awareness. In her daily life, she is refining her routines, habits, and organization. She has dreams and visions for her future, but she also lives fully in the present, working step by step toward becoming the best version of herself.

As her dad, I’m proud not just of what she does, but of who she is. Bella is creating a culture of high standards, excellence, and love. And her commitment to growth inspires me to lead myself better and to become more for those I influence.
