Go With the Light – A Family Compass on the Road to Odessa

Go With the Light – A Family Compass on the Road to Odessa

Today, we load the car—not just with bags and snacks—but with purpose. As we head out on a 10-hour drive to Odessa, I pause to anchor this moment in truth. Not performative truth. Soul truth.

This morning, I sat quietly and completed my Mastery Journal, reflecting on what matters most. I am love. I am blessing. I am light. I am genuine. These are Bella’s affirmations, and now they’ve become mine. I added my own: holy, righteous, strong, innocent, reverent, kind.

Contribution is the final connection. Not for applause. For purpose. We contribute by pleasing God first, then by serving people—all people.

I’m grateful for time, because it allows me to tell stories.

I’m grateful for stories, because they reveal the truth.

And I’m grateful for the truth, because it sets me free.

We’re not just driving west today—we’re walking in light. Each mile, a prayer. Each stop, a moment of connection. We are not perfect. But we are anchored. And wherever we go, we are never alone.

Wherever you go… go with the light.
