Garland Practice Night Wrap-Up – Pasta, Friends, and Forward Momentum

Garland Practice Night Wrap-Up – Pasta, Friends, and Forward Momentum

Bella got in a lot of good practice tonight, working through her equipment and getting valuable reps on all three patterns. Even though she’s been dealing with vertigo-like symptoms, it looks like she might be turning the corner — though she hasn’t mentioned feeling completely better yet.

By the end of practice, she’d thrown nearly every ball in her bag, experimenting with looks and lines, and finding some shots that felt right. It was encouraging to see moments of her energy and personality coming back through.

Now, we’re heading to Olive Garden with friends — Brady, Colton, and their families — for a big pasta dinner before tomorrow’s long day on the lanes. Salad, breadsticks, laughter, and good company are on the menu.

Bella still doesn’t feel 100%, but she threw the ball well tonight. It just took her a little while to warm up. As we wrap up day one, the focus stays the same: keep improving, keep adjusting, and enjoy every step of the journey — on and off the lanes.
