🎳 EJ Tackett Pattern – Morning Block Recap
The morning qualifying block on the EJ Tackett long pattern is officially in the books. It was a rollercoaster filled with highs, tough breaks, and big moments for both Bella and Lindsay.
Bella came out strong early, throwing 193-209-212 in her first three games. She looked focused, had great ball reaction, and made some clutch pickups—including a huge split conversion in Game 2 that got the crowd buzzing.
But the second half of the block proved tough. The line started disappearing, carry got inconsistent, and the splits started showing up. Her last three games—174, 182, and 158—reflected the battle. In the final frame of Game 6, Bella left a split in the 10th that ultimately caused her to miss the cut by just three pins.
Still, there’s great news—Bella made the Top 12 for the World Series of Bowling Round Robin Match Play tonight, where all her hard work and total pinfall across the three patterns earns her a shot at the bigger title.
As for Lindsay—she was locked in. Her performance today was steady, powerful, and impressive. Her six-game series: 184, 227, 237, 216, 216, and 213, for a 215 average. That finish earned her a tie for second place overall going into the EJ Tackett match play elimination round this afternoon.
Now we’re back at the hotel, letting the girls reset and recharge. We’ll head back to the alley soon to support Lindsay as she chases her EJ Tackett title and a spot at the National Championships. Bella will be cheering loud, and we’ll be right there beside her—supporting, encouraging, and staying grounded in growth.
More to come tonight as the World Series Match Play begins. Frame by frame. We’re not fixed. We’re becoming.
