Day Two: The Danielle McEwan Pattern — Focused, Grateful, and Ready

Day Two: The Danielle McEwan Pattern — Focused, Grateful, and Ready

The morning started with a different kind of energy. One that was calm—but electric. Purposeful—but joyful. As Bella and Lindsay talked through ball selections, discussed the feel of today’s pattern, and set their minds on what was ahead, it was clear: they’re locked in.

Before walking into Bowlero, I sat outside for a few moments—just me, the pen, and the Mastery Journal. I took time to reflect, to breathe, and to align with the three anchors I try to live by each day: create, connect, and contribute.

I wrote down what I’m grateful for. I reviewed my affirmations and priorities. I reminded myself that my role today isn’t to perform—it’s to support. To show up. To encourage Bella and Lindsay as they take on the Danielle McEwan pattern and compete for a World Series of Bowling title.

It’s an honor to be in this moment with them—not just watching, but witnessing. Witnessing the preparation, the discipline, the excitement. Witnessing two young women who have grown into athletes with clear intention, powerful mindsets, and the joy to match.

As I walk inside now, I carry a quiet gratitude and a steady excitement. The lanes are waiting. Day Two begins.

Let’s go.
