Day One Recap – Bill O’Neill Short Pattern

Day One Recap – Bill O’Neill Short Pattern

Day one of the Bill O’Neill short pattern is in the books, and it was a solid start for the team. Both Bella and Lindsay made it through qualifying—always a good sign when you can get two through on day one.

In the first round of match play, Bella unfortunately had to go head-to-head with Lindsay. Tough draw, but that’s the way it goes sometimes. Lindsay came out on top in that one, advancing to the second round before getting knocked out herself.

Still, plenty to build on. The girls showed some strong execution early, and there were good looks on the short pattern throughout the day. Now it’s time to regroup, grab some dinner, and get some rest.

Tomorrow we reset and do it all over again. Let’s see what day two brings.
