BLOG UPDATE: Bella Advances Through Round One at the TOC!

Update from Skylark Bowling Center on base at Lackland Air Force Base—

Bella Love Castillo has advanced through Round One of Match Play in the Tournament of Champions!

In a two-game total pinfall format, Bella faced off against a tough competitor and came through with focus, resilience, and late-game fire. After trailing early, she went five in a row to close out Game One and take the lead. Game Two had its share of ups and opens, but Bella held the line, made key spares, and stayed calm in the chaos.

She finished strong—grabbing strikes when they mattered and managing the lanes with quiet determination.

Now she’s regrouping and preparing for Round Two.

The competition is tightening, and every frame from here on carries more weight.

Thanks to everyone following along—we appreciate the support, the prayers, and the encouragement. Bella’s just getting started, and the journey is far from over.

Let’s go, B~Love!

Stay tuned for more updates as we move deeper into match play.
