I drove through Eden today. Not the one from Genesis, but the one out here in West Texas—a blink of a town, a whisper between long stretches of highway and wind. But it still hit me. Eden.


It’s funny how a name can stir something in your spirit.


I didn’t plan for it to mean anything, but in that moment, it did. As I passed the sign, I felt a nudge. A reminder. That even out here, in the middle of nowhere, in the middle of uncertainty, there is still beauty. There is still beginning. There is still promise.


I’m not in the Garden. But I’m in Eden.
