Blog Post – Peace in the Pace

Date: June 03, 2025

There’s a sacred stillness that can only be found when you slow down. This morning, I sat in a wooden rocking chair under a gazebo, watching sunlight stretch across the ground, scattered with fallen flowers. The breeze moved the trees gently, the sky overhead held the hum of a passing plane, and everything in me finally slowed to match the rhythm of God’s grace.Pace matters. Not the pace of the world, but the pace of the Spirit. And the voice I kept hearing today was simple and clear: Slow down. Don’t rush. Trust Me.There is peace in the pace God sets. It’s not about falling behind or getting ahead—it’s about walking closely behind Him, even if the path feels like a desert. Because when you follow that closely, you don’t have to know what’s beyond the horizon. You only need to see the next step He illuminates.I don’t need to know the whole path. I just need to walk closely behind the One who does.Peace isn’t found in knowing everything—it’s found in trusting the One who leads everything. And today, I trust Him completely with the timing, the direction, and the outcome.*Let the world hurry. I’ll walk at the pace of peace.*
